New leadership for Charlton Croquet team
SIX dedicated members of the Charlton Croquet Club travelled to Swan Hill on Saturday, May 16 to take part in the Murray Valley Round Robin, a well-supported regional event featuring both Golf Croquet and Association Croquet.
SIX dedicated members of the Charlton Croquet Club travelled to Swan Hill on Saturday, May 16 to take part in the Murray Valley Round Robin, a well-supported regional event featuring both Golf Croquet and Association Croquet.
Players from Boort, Charlton, Mildura and Swan Hill competed across the day in friendly but determined matchups.
While the Charlton contingent put in a strong showing, the overall honours went to competitors from other clubs this year.
Attention now turns to the Charlton Round Robin, scheduled for Saturday, 20 June, where local
players will have another chance to shine on home courts.
The club held its Annual General Meeting on June 2, confirming a stable and enthusiastic leadership team for the 2026/27 season.

Dawn Mulquiny - Committee Member (new)
Association Croquet Captain - Vacant, following Anne Kenny’s decision not to acceptnomination
The club reports a sound financial position, giving members confidence as preparations begin for the upcoming season.
